Hi Guys,

Sorry I have not been up-dating you with the latest news on our re-union. I have been quite busy with work and attending to some personal matters.

Anyway, the latest news are as follows:-

Tentative Venue is now The Royal Klang Club. Thanks to Barry Ooi, who have volunteered to help out on this. Once he have all the details like the food and cost, I will let everyone know. Unless someone has a better venue in mind, I think Klang Club is a good choice.

So far that there has not been much movement in the the attendance list. I am still trying to get as many of our classmates on board as possible. These are the places that I have been to look for them, so far not much of a success:-

As at today, October 17, 2010, the following have indicated either they will attend or maybe:

The date, June 04th, 2011 is tentative. I have chosen this date because it is a public holiday and the only one in the middle of the year. Alternative dates can be considered according to majority wishes.

Venue has yet to be confirmed. Seng Ha says should be held in Klang. I agree with him. Therefore if you have any recommendations on the venue, please propose. Keep in mind that we may have Muslims and Indian classmates attending as well.

High School Klang Graduating Class of '78 (Form 5) Celebrating 50 Golden Years

All my classmates at Klang High School year 1974 - 1978, next year all of us will be 50 years old except for a few who for one reason or another are either older or younger than this.

With this in mind, I am proposing that we do a re-union to celebrate our 50 years of existence on planet and have started the ball rolling.

I have started an Event List on my Facebook. So for those who have or are on Facebook, search for me on via my e-mail: algoh.ioigroup@gmail.com and invite or add yourself as Guests to the event on the Event List.

Also don't forget to invite our classmates, who are not on the Guest List yet.

Another thing, the venue is not confirmed yet. I need recommendations from all of you on a suitable place. Projected number of pax attending is around 100 pax and please keep in mind that we will have Muslims and Indians classmates attending as well. I would suggest that a buffet dinner would be most appropriate.

One final matter, please add me to your friend list as I will be constantly up-dating the Event Page. Also I have set up a Private Group for us to chat, for participation and to join this group, I need to add you in either as a Friend on my List or through a request from you.
